We have developed an implementation methodology which delivers a collaborative approach to designing your system while also ensuring the project is delivered on-time and on-budget.  Our client implementations average six weeks in duration.  During this time, you will learn the functional capabilities of the LMS and make the decisions on how you will use those capabilities.  We will measure progress toward the overall project goals weekly through the process to ensure your successful launch.

Organizational Flow – map your unique organizational structure for intuitive content distribution and group reporting

Design Survey— summary of all your configuration decisions based on how your organization will use the LMS to meet your business needs.  This is the road map for how we will deliver your LMS.

Sandbox Environment – delivery of a vanilla LMS environment early in the implementation process so that your team starts learning from Day One

Status Meetings – weekly our project manager will facilitate a team meeting to review activities completed, key upcoming tasks, and discuss any open decisions/questions.  

User Integration – We will work with your technical team to outline how to automate the feed of user data from your key system(s) into the LMS.
