eLogic provides 24x7 monitoring of the application and the hardware running the application. All production technology is located in a Level I Category 5 data center with redundant power, HVAC, and telecommunication systems. Our client applications run in a load balanced web server farm connected to a clustered SQL Server database. This provides continuous up time protection against any hardware failures. Additionally, full backups of your data are taken daily with log files that can be restored at any point in time. Tape backups are stored off-site to add further protection.
