Mark Anderson - Chief Executive Officer
As a founding partner of eLogic Learning, Mark Anderson provides the corporate vision that has made eLogic Learning an industry leader. Mr. Anderson oversees the company's growth strategy and financial stability and makes sure everyone stays focused on customer satisfaction. "We take a simple approach to our clients' needs," he says. "Everything Matters."
Mark has extensive experience as an executive officer and has received numerous awards throughout his career. He is a founding member of the executive management team of the Tampa Bay Lightning National Hockey League franchise. As CFO and member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Anderson assisted in the growth of Crown Marketing Group from $5 million to $45 million in revenues over a 3-year period. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse and advanced into corporate financial planning, mergers and acquisitions and the complex needs for rapidly growing companies.
Mark grew up in Florida, was educated at Florida State University where he received a B.S. degree in Accounting. Mark encourages a strong sense of community participation for himself and eLogic as reflected in his service on many boards including the Board of Trustees for the Mental Health Care Foundation, the Advisory Board of the University of Tampa and Leadership Tampa Bay ,as well as the CEO Council of Tampa Bay, which he chaired in 2009. Mark is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Amanda and Jordan, and has a terrific son, Austin. He and his family enjoy boating, fishing, and anything with a thrill. He thinks he is a great Little League coach.
Greg Shell - Vice President of Professional Services
Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to eLogic Learning operations and clients. He has over 15 years experience in global project management and complex systems integration experience learned at Deloitte Consulting, Andersen Consulting and many of the Fortune 500. Most recently he was responsible for enterprise applications with one of the largest law firms in the United States.
Greg is ultimately responsible for eLogic's innovative LMS programs, and the positive outcomes they deliver. In addition, his division configures and designs custom content.
Greg lives in Tampa with his family and is actively involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations. In his free time he enjoys golf, cycling, and other outdoor activities.
William Snowdon - Chief Technology Officer
William Snowdon is the technology "engine" that powers eLogic Learning's internet-based products and services. He leads ongoing technology and functionality initiatives and drives the technical side of new product development. Bill oversees the Requirements Definition Study of each new client to ensure the LMS conforms to the proprietary organizational structure of the company and meets all of the functionality and business requirements. He is a founding partner of eLogic Learning.
Bill was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Hydrogen Media, a high-end web application development company with offices in Tampa, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Puerto Rico. A native of Richmond, VA, Bill moved to Tampa in 1980 and received his degree from the University of South Florida. When he is not ensuring excellence in technology and application performance, he and his wife Suzie are helping their children achieve excellence in baseball, soccer and cheerleading.
Tammy Carr - CLO and Director of Learning Services
eLogic Learning is one of the few LMS companies to have an experienced corporate-level learning officer on its executive team, and we are proud to have Tammy Carr in that role.
Ms. Carr leads the "Learning Solutions" division of eLogic Learning, and is focused on delivering maximum client return. Ms. Carr brings client-side operational perspective into the company along with over 25 years experience in corporate human resources, training and development.
Previous to eLogic, Ms. Carr was the Chief Learning Officer for PODS Inc. At PODS, Tammy consolidated their 45-day training program into 7. This was a catalyst for the company's rapid expansion — from 10 locations to over 350 locations and franchises in five years. PODS was sold in early 2008 and she formally joined the eLogic Team. Tammy's extensive career in HR and training and development includes stints at Aramark and National Healthcare LP. Tammy is a graduate of Chatham University. This proud daughter of Pittsburgh is now fully integrated to the Florida lifestyle and loves boating and the beach.
